Prior Experience
Prior to the residential services industry, Paola spent nearly two decades with Beretta U.S.A., ultimately serving as Vice President of Human Resources. She led HR strategy within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and became the first woman appointed to a Vice President position in the company's history.
Paola has supported initiatives across the United States and Europe and brings an international perspective to her work as a dual U.S. and European citizen.
