About The Principal:

Paola Boniforti brings more than 25 years of executive HR leadership experience across complex service organizations and manufacturing environments. Her work has focused on businesses with large frontline workforces, multi-location operations, and operationally intensive business models.

She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a residential services platform with more than 2,000 employees operating across multiple brands and regions. During her tenure, the organization evolved from a privately owned home services company of approximately 150 employees into a private equity–backed multi-company platform.

The business scaled through a combination of acquisitions and greenfield growth, integrating 12 companies, expanding into new markets, launching additional service lines, and achieving significant organic revenue growth. During this period, the company completed its initial private equity transaction and, in 2022, successfully completed a second transaction as the platform continued to scale.

As a strategic partner to the CEO, Paola was instrumental in building the executive leadership team and the organizational infrastructure required to support that growth. She led the development of scalable people practices, workforce strategy, leadership development, and the integration of newly acquired organizations as the company expanded from a local brand into a national multi-region platform.

Prior to the residential services industry, Paola spent nearly two decades with Beretta U.S.A., the American subsidiary of the 500-year-old Italian firearms manufacturer Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta. She held progressively senior HR leadership roles and ultimately served as Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR strategy within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and partnering with executive leadership on major organizational initiatives, including operational transformation and a large-scale facility relocation. She was the first woman appointed to a Vice President role in the company’s long history.

Paola has supported projects in the US and across Europe and brings an international perspective to her work, being fluent in multiple languages and holding both U.S. and European citizenship.
